Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor

Alba’s Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor (CDLR) comes standard with 1.9", 2-1/2", 2-9/16", 3-1/2" diameter rollers or larger if needed. Standard lengths come in nominal 5 and 10-foot sections with standard effective widths ranging from 12" to 60". Typical conveyor speeds are 30, 45 or 60 FPM. Alba conveyor is shipped fully assembled and fully tested prior to shipment. It comes standard with heavy-duty channel supports which provide additional ruggedness in demanding applications. CDLR is available with a variety of options such as tread plates, blade, pin and back stops, conveyor guides and fork truck barriers.

Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor Specifications

  1. CDLR conveyor with 1.9” diameter rollers is best suited for conveying light to medium-duty product. They are an excellent choice in conditions where there is dirt and oil. Standard effective widths range from 12” to 48”. Standard conveyor lengths are nominal 5 ft. and 10 ft. sections with 2-1/8”, 2-3/4”, 4”, or 6” roller centers.
  2. CDLR conveyor with 2-1/2” diameter rollers is ideal choice for carrying heavy pallet loads. Standard conveyor lengths are nominal 5 ft. and 10 ft. sections, with standard effective widths ranging from 12” to 60” with roller centers from 3” to 12”.
  3. CDLR conveyor with 2-9/16” diameter rollers are a heavier duty option to the 2-1/2” diameter CDLR and is an ideal choice for carrying heavy pallet loads. Standard conveyor lengths are nominal 5 ft. and 10 ft. sections, with standard effective widths ranging from 12” to 60” with roller centers from 2-3/4” to 12”.
  4. CDLR conveyor with 3-1/2” diameter rollers (and larger) is extra rugged and heavy-duty. It is a perfect fit when applications require uninterrupted service in highly demanding manufacturing and warehouse operations. Coming in standard nominal 5 ft. and 10 ft. sections, these conveyors have effective widths ranging from 12” to 120” and roller centers from 4-7/8” to 12”.
  5. CDLR curves are available with both straight and true tapered rollers. They have a standard 60” inside radius at 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° angles. The effective widths range from 44” to 60”. Typical speeds are 30, 45 or 60 FPM.
